Georges Pond Association is hosting an open forum on the water quality issues at Georges Pond, for all property owners and stakeholders of the Pond. We will discuss the current algae bloom and mitigation efforts moving forward, including seeking grants and treatment options. Linda Bacon, a Lake Assessment Biologist with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection will be joining us to provide information and answer questions.

This is a very critical time and it is extremely important that we all come together. We all want to save Georges Pond and we need a unified voice - there is strength in numbers. Please join us!
